With so many products and brands on the market all vying for consumer awareness, you have to come up with something quite different to ensure yours is the one they remember. How we can do this is to ensure they have a memorable and impactful experience of their interaction with the brand that may also cause them to tell other friends, family and colleagues – in effect, viral marketing!

Just put yourself in their shoes – you’ve had a long day shopping for that dinner party tonight, you’re tired, gasping for a drink and just a little peckish when suddenly before you the shopping centre opens up and there is an oasis of colour, soft music, reclining chairs with friendly people inviting you to sit down, have your nails done or a massage with a cup of coffee…… As you sink into the relaxing chair you are offered the most luxurious chocolate you’ve ever tasted –heaven!

As you are lying there unwinding and savouring the delights, you are told about all the other delightful flavours in the new box of chocolates that has been launched. Better still, you are offered a money off coupon and you only have to take 20 steps into the local retailer to purchase.

That evening after a fantastic meal, your guests are then deliberating over which chocolate to have next ….. "where did you get these gorgeous chocolates from they ask?"
