Merchandising

The final link (or last 50 metres) in the supply chain. Having invested in developing and manufacturing your product, you then set about to create a demand and finally go through all the hoops and costs to get it into distribution.

How will your potential customer feel if they see your product advertised, go to the store to buy it – only to find it has sold out (but there is stock in the warehouse) or worse still – there is no SEL (shelf edge label) on the shelf so it is unlikely to be reordered! We can undertake regular audits to check you have the space you have agreed (and paid for), that the promotion is in place and is on the gondola end.

We can bring stock from the warehouse and merchandise onto the shelf to planogram and then speak with the stock control staff to arrange replenishment. We can often identify supply chain issues and in some cases rectify at a local level.

We can also take delivery of cardboard shippers or FSDU’s and ‘walk or deliver’ them into store thereby ensuring they are not lost or disposed of before they can even be placed. We can also place Point of Sale material, relay fixtures and collect pricing and competitor data.
