Staffing
Whilst it is often seen as a cliché, our staff are our greatest asset as they represent your brand and our reputation. We purposely do not use a huge database of staff as claimed by many of our competitors, as most of our staff have worked for us for years – they know us and we know them… personally.
Ideally we prefer to provide the full ‘Cord’ service so we can control all elements of the activity. However, we can provide a ‘staff only’ service where clients have their own stand or activity strategy in place.
This could be from an Operations Manager to handle all the logistical elements, Promotional staff with food hygiene certificates to Bar Managers with a full PPL licence. You can be assured they are the same staff who would be employed under the full Cord service and will therefore be experienced, well presented and operate to our standards of performance.
